Always been upwardly mobile?

Finding the right role

Start by searching our Job Center for a relevant opportunity. You can search by job field, location, organization or keyword. All the roles matching your criteria will appear.

Applying in good time

To be considered for a role in Germany, you should apply to us at least four to six months before you’d like to join us.

Sending us your details

Apply online, sending your CV and a covering letter, and attaching any diplomas, certificates or testimonials. We’ll send you an automatic email confirming receipt of your application.

The selection process

  • We assess your application against competencies and role criteria. Timeframes vary by location but usually you’ll hear within four weeks whether or not we’d like to invite you for interview.
  • We will contact you with interview details.
  • You’ll have one or two interview sessions with the recruiter as well as the hiring manager.
  • For some vacancies we may replace the first and second interviews with an Assessment Center.

Selection criteria

Depending on the position we look for good qualifications, relevant professional experience (based on the seniority of the role) and foreign language skills as well as at extra-curricular activities. You’ll also need to have a specific blend of personal competencies and share our values. Key qualities for all roles are entrepreneurial flair; a talent for lateral thinking; the determination to turn good ideas into great results; and a strong team spirit. So being supportive, collaborative and ready to shoulder responsibility is vital too.
